Charlotte 2000s

Charlotte is a ring with style, meaning and elegance.

During the 2000s, the princess cut diamond had a resurgence in popularity—a throwback to the 60s when it was also on trend.

Charlotte was designed and made by Jan, our Manufacturing Jeweller, and is an 18ct white gold princess cut three stone ring. The centre stone is 0.35ct with two 0.26ct side stones.

The three-stone design became popular during the 2000s. Known as a Trilogy Ring, it symbolises the past, present (centre stone) and future, with the centre stone often larger or set higher than the two other stones, which are identical.

Bill and Lynnette moved from Wellington to purchase Dalgleish Jewellers, where they expanded the business to incorporate a manufacturing on-site workshop, which now has three fulltime qualified goldsmiths.

Taranaki in the 00s: With Hollywood films using Taranaki as a backdrop, the region begins to move from being a local secret to a global tourist destination.
